Pixie's fourth cage setup

I cleaned the cage yesterday and decided to change up the setup of her cage. I added a few of the new things I got for her, but kept the sand bath in the same corner. Unfortunately, Pixie thinks it's a good idea to pee in her wheel so it doesn't look very nice anymore. Good news is that it doesn't smell, at least...

Hamster haul

I received my package from Spain today! I had ordered a couple of things for Pixie, including food, toys and chews, etc. I also got a few things for my bunny Eden. I'm going to change things around in Pixie's cage soon and include some of the new stuff. I hope she will like it!

Pixie has grown...

It's been 2 weeks already! Pixie is 6 weeks old and has gotten pretty big :) I took a few photos of her in her new "kitten" sand bath (which looks more like a pink hamster to me). She really seems to love it! Here she is, my little princess:

New cage setup

I have already changed Pixie's setup because I found a few things that I thought would look good in her cage. :) Everything is boiled and disinfected with a pet safe spray. I was thinking of maybe removing the toilet paper rolls and stuff, but she seems to like them so I'll leave them in. I'm currently looking for a few small rocks to place around her food dish.

Peek-a-boo

I offered a small piece of cooked egg this morning, which Pixie really seemed to like. :) Tonight I will take her out to play so we can get to know each other better. She's sleeping right now in her big wooden hide.

Welcome home, Pixie!

I picked up Pixie today, and she's just sooo adorable! ♡ She was born on New year's eve, so she's only 4 weeks old and super tiny! She's really quick though, and very brave and active. She explored the cage immediately when I put her in it. She has no problems with hands in her cage and she even lets me pet her. :) I will wait until tomorrow to pick her up though. I want her to feel at home first.

Until then, here is a photo bomb of the little princess:
